A Grand Rapids man is suing Michigan's Secretary of State for taking away his driver's license.
Carl Hainer is 85, and he told WOOD TV he has no physical disability that would impair driving
Court documents show, though, that although he passed medical exams, he failed one driving test and then failed again when he re-took it.
Hainer tried first to have a Kent County judge reissue his license, but that effort failed. Now he's brought a federal lawsuit.
