Travelers at Gerald R. Ford International airport now have an easier time charging their electronic devices.
The airport is adding 46 charging stations like the one pictured throughout the concourse. They have six 120-volt outlets and two USB connections.
Charging stations have already been installed on Concourse A. Installation in Concourse B is scheduled to finish by the end of the week.
"We are constantly looking for ways we can make our airport more passenger-friendly,” GFIA Executive Director Brian Ryks said in a statement. "Our new charging stations will give both business and leisure travelers the ability to stay plugged-in and entertained while traveling in and out of our airport."
Travelers can use them for free.
