GVSU Women's Center Gets Grant to Continue Fighting Sexual Aggression

Grand Valley State University has received a grant to support its ongoing efforts fighting dating violence, sexual assault, domestic violence, and stalking crimes on campus.

The US Department of Justice funding announced Tuesday amounts to more than $281,000 to pay for ongoing work by the GVSU Women's Center.

The Women's Center says its work has helped to teach students about reporting incidents and to prepare campus police and other staff for following up.
