Man Accused of Business Burglaries in Hudsonville

Ottawa County deputies accuse a 20-year-old man of burglaries at two Hudsonville businesses late last month.

Authorities say that on September 27, someone broke into Creekside Auto Repair, stealing cash and a handgun, and also burglarized S&S Auto Sales, stealing a pickup truck from there.

The next day, deputies spotted the pickup truck after noticing some suspicious behavior behind the old K-Mart on Chicago Drive.  As they approached the driver, he fled, but authorities tracked him down a day later.

According to WOOD TV, he's been identified as Kendall Samuels (pictured), who faces charges including carrying a concealed weapon, unlawful driving away of an automobile, and burglary of a business.
