Possible Break In Maze Case, Boyfriend Among Two In Custody

Grand Rapids Police investigators continue to seek clues in the Latrice Maze disappearance.

The mother of five was last seen March 19th near Burton and Division, there was a rally by her family today spreading flyers and asking for leads in the case in that area.

WOOD TV says two men, Maze's boyfriend Jaleel Hoskins and Gregory Shanklin are in custody.  Hoskins is being held on a parole violation, Shanklin, according to court records is said to have lied to prosecutors.

GRPD detectives had said recently they were using investigative subpoenas in Ms. Maze's case to try and advance their investigation.  Lt. Mark Ostapowicz told WOOD Radio he had no other comment on the case beyond it being an ongoing investigation.
