Thousands of residents have power again after a high voltage line broke in Newaygo County.
Consumers energy tells WOOD-TV more than 7,000 people were without power for over 5 hours Saturday night when the main 46,000 volt electric line snapped.
That main artery supplies power to Newaygo County and portions of Casnovia Township in Muskegon County.
According to the Consumers Energy outage map, power was restored to all customers by 11 p.m.
